1.Register with aromasoothzdirect.co.za or simply login to your account.
3.If you would like to add an item to your Shopping Cart, please click on ‘Add to Cart’.
Once you have chosen your desired items, click on the “Show Cart” Button.
4.Review your items and ensure you are happy with your order, quantity, variants and colours.
5.Once you are happy with the above, select your shipment option. Here you can choose from a variety of Shipping methods. It automatically calculates your order weight and presents you with the relevant fee. Choose one option and click save. Should you wish to make any changes on your order, please click cancel and it will take you back to Step 4.
Once you have selected your option, it will automatically redirect you back to the page you saw in Step 4.The Shipping fees will now be visible and included in your order.
6.Next, click on the “Select Payment” option. Here you can choose your payment option.
You are able to pay for your purchase via EFT, Credit Card or Zapper. Should you wish to EFT, upon checkout you will be issued with an invoice that contains our banking details. You will also receive an order number – please use this as a reference when you make payment.
“Credit Card – Paygate Secure Payment” is our secure online payment portal. Here you have the following options: Pay by Credit Card, Debit Card with PIN, SID Instant EFT, FNB Cell Pay Point & Ukash. You will find step by step instructions on how to pay with whichever option you choose.
7.Complete Order Page: You need to confirm your order, your Shipping Address, Shipping Rate, and Payment Method. If any of these is incorrect, please go back to the relative page where you can re-enter the information. Any special requests may also be entered into the Customer Comment Section. Please tick the ‘Terms and Conditions” box. And then the “Confirm” button.
8.Your Purchase Order has now been sent to the AromaSoothzDirect Office, and you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have chosen to pay via Bank Transfer, the account details will appear on the confirmation page online. We will also send you an email with the account details.
If you have chosen to pay via Credit or Debit Card, you will then be directed to the Credit/Debit Card Payment page. You will then be prompted to enter your details. If the credit or debit card process is successful, we will receive a confirmation email from PayGate informing us of your payment. If the process is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification saying so. This means your order has been placed, but has not been paid for. So please try to pay again, as it was more than likely a communication error with your bank.
9.Once the parcel has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number to you. Your parcel can be traced on the following website (www.thecourierguy.co.za).
