There are two shipping methods to choose from:
1. Post Office counter to your local counter in 3-6 days
2. Courier to your local post office in 2-3 days (faster, but more expensive)
For the 2-3 day service, you have the option of Post Office Overnight Express counter to counter, or to use a courier service to your door. Your parcel can be traced on The Courier Guy’s website.
Please note that if you require a bigger size pregnancy wear delivery, it will be an extra 1-2 days, as we will need time to manufacture.
SHIPPING COSTS
The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered. Please expect that three pregnancy garments generally equals 1 kilogram. Free Shipping applies on orders over R400 in KZN and over R800 in all other provinces in SA.
RETURN POLICY
The provision of goods and services by Bellyssimo is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Bellyssimo will refund the client in full within 30 days. You can return new, unworn pregnancy items within 7 days after they have been delivered to you, thereafter only exchanges can be made.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will give you a refund directly into your account (within 30 days of receiving the returned item) or exchange the item for a different size or style. Items received back after the 14 day period has passed cannot be refunded but a credit note will be issued (or we will exchange your items).
Refunds are subject to exclusion of specials, coupons and discounts. Exchanges will be accepted on specials. We are unable to refund original postage or returns postage. If you qualified for free postage, the counter to counter postage or courier fee will not be refunded. Please obtain a “Proof Of Posting” by returning your parcel with either a registration or tracking number as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Stock of all pregnancy garments on offer are limited. Bellyssimo shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Bellyssimo shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders.
We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain pregnancy style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advice on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates. We offer a full refund on pregnancy clothes returned within 10 working days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and still have their swing tags attached.
