Freezing Instructions:

To Freeze: Place your Aroma Soothz product into a Ziploc bag. Place the entire product (together with the inner cushions) directly into the freezer for 2 or more hours. The Aroma Soothz product can be stored permanently in the freezer so that it can always be ready for use whenever you need healing or pampering.

Heating Instructions:

To Microwave: Remove your Aroma Soothz product from the outer packaging and heat the complete product (together with the inner cushion) in a microwave for 1-2 minutes (500-700 watts) or 45 seconds (over 750 watts) making sure the turntable is allowed to rotate freely. Place a small microwave proof cup, half-filled with water, in the microwave along with your Aroma Soothz product while heating.

To Heat in an Electric Oven: Remove your Aroma Soothz product from the outer packaging and wrap the complete product (together with the inner cushion) in aluminium foil and heat at 175˚C for ten minutes. Carefully turn your Aroma Soothz product regularly to ensure even heating.

Warnings:

• Do not heat your Aroma Soothz product in a gas oven.
• Do not overheat.
• Cool product entirely before reheating.
• Follow instructions carefully.
• Touch test for temperature before use.
• Do not ingest the contents of the inner cushions.
• This product contains wheat and may not be suitable for anyone with a wheat allergy.
• If you are asthmatic, pregnant, epileptic, have liver damage, cancer or any other medical problem, use this product under the guidance of a qualified aromatherapy practitioner.
• This product has strong medicinal properties. If you have any medical problems please consult your physician before use.

Care Instructions:

• Before washing your Aroma Soothz product, first remove the inner cushion.
• When not in use, store in the original packaging to retain freshness.
• When the aroma of your Aroma Soothz product is no longer soothing, sprinkle a few drops of our aromatherapy essential oils onto the inner cushion after heating it in the microwave or oven.
